I’ve chased distance and discovery, finishing fourth female at the Cocodona 250, running 290 miles from Los Angeles to Las Vegas, earning first place female at Rim to River 100, and playing with FKTs. My spirit animal is a mountain lion. Their power, intention, and physical strength within the animal kingdom mirrors the balance of body, mind, and spirit in the human realm.
