Meikael Beaudoin Rousseau's Broken Arrow Skyrace
Everything I will bring while racing the Broken Arrow 23k!
Meikael Beaudoin Rousseau recommends the Brooks Catamount Agil — The lightest, fastest, and most nimble trail shoe I've ever worn! This is my shoe of choice on race day for everything from Vertical Kilometers to 30k trail races. It fits like a sock and strikes the perfect balance of letting you feel the ground while protecting your feet from rocks. You can really trust your feet when you are wearing it. It also has a plate so you get great energy return!
Meikael Beaudoin Rousseau recommends the Brooks Pro Kit Singlet — Light, fast, comfy...exactly what you want on race day!
Meikael Beaudoin Rousseau recommends the Coros COROS APEX 2 Pro Black — I've had this watch for several years now and am continually impressed by the battery life. I've taken it on multi-day fast-packing trips with gps on for most of the day and not had to worry about battery. It's simple to use, doesn't confuse you with unnecessary data, and the activity screens are completely customizable.
