Whether you're heading out for a long trail run, spending all day on your feet at work, recovering after a race, or just looking for everyday comfort, there's a sock designed for the job. These are the socks I've tested, trusted, and recommend for different situations to keep your feet happy and performing their best.

- Trail running socks - Trail T-Free by Sidas US — The Sidas Trail T-Free is my go-to sock when the trail gets steep and the climbing starts. What makes this sock unique is the separated big toe design, which allows the big toe to move more naturally and do its job during push-off and climbing. The built-in grip band helps reduce movement inside the shoe, giving you a more secure and stable feel on technical terrain. It also breathes exceptionally well, helping keep your feet comfortable during long efforts. When you're spending hours climbing mountains and asking a lot from your feet, this is the sock I reach for. It's one of those products that seems different at first, but once you experience it on a big climb, it just makes sense.
- Trail running socks - Trail Double by Sidas — The Sidas Trail Double is my choice when I know friction is going to be a problem. Whether it's a long race, wet conditions, new shoes, or a route with a lot of climbing and descending, this sock is designed to help reduce blister formation. The double-layer construction allows the layers to move against each other rather than your skin, helping minimize the friction that leads to hot spots and blisters. It's a slightly warmer sock, but it still breathes well and remains comfortable over long distances. Like many of my favorite Sidas socks, it also features a grip band that helps reduce movement inside the shoe for a more secure fit. If blister prevention is high on your priority list, this is a sock worth having in your rotation.
- Trail running socks - Trail Protect black/white by Sidas — The Sidas Trail Protect is probably my overall favorite trail running sock and the one I reach for most often. It strikes an excellent balance between comfort, cushioning, grip, and breathability, making it versatile enough for almost any trail or race. Whether you're running smooth singletrack, technical mountain terrain, or spending all day out on the trails, this sock simply performs. I relied heavily on this sock during Cocodona 250 and liked it so much that I had my crew wash pairs so I could keep rotating them throughout the race. When I'm not sure what conditions I'll face, this is usually the sock I grab because it does everything well and keeps my feet happy for the long haul.
