Cody Linden's Snowboarding Gear & Expert Recommendations

Slash and go fast because speed checks always bounce.

I've been snowboarding for over 20 years, and I love snowboarding! I raced in high school, worked as an instructor in college, designed & built my own snowboard, sold snowboard equipment in store, and helped hundreds of shredders find the right snowboard set-ups for them as an online gear expert. Now I ride for the love of shredding with the occasional banked slalom race. I like to ride everything from park to pow and all of the crisp corduroy & side-hits in between. Recently, I've gotten into backcountry touring to explore and hunt pow beyond the ropes. I have a degree in mechanical engineering and love talking boards, bindings, & tech. with other riders. My favorite things about snowboarding are the positive energy from the people I ride with, reaching a flow state while shredding, learning something new, and connecting with the mountains. I love the history, I love the culture, I love the mountains, and I love snowboarding.
