Swap out triple antibiotic for bacitracin, remove scalpel and scrub brush, replace elastic bandage for a larger one, etc.

Trauma Tourniquet by Adventure Medical Kits — Versatile tourniquet that can be used on pets and children, doubles as elastic wrap for pressure bandage and splinting, and is compact. Good to bring a tourniquet when recreating with skis or ice tools and working around any kind of tools.
Ultralight Watertight Medical Kit - .9 by Adventure Medical Kits — Decent kit for short trips but I would customize it for your specific needs. For example potentially removing triple antibiotic ointment and adding more gauze, larger elastic wrap, tourniquet, splint, or more meds.

Thinlight Foam Pad - 1/8" by Gossamer Gear — Great piece of emergency equipment to insulate injured person from ground or improvise a splint.

Fenix ARE-X1 V2.0 Battery Charger by Fenix — 2 way battery charger. At home I use this to charge my 18650 batteries. In the field I can use it to charge my devices off my spare battery (or batteries).
