Sage ESN Reel by Sage — I have two of these- I think they are the ‘gold standard’ when it comes to a specific euro nymphing reel. The closed frame prevents slippage of thin leaders, micro adjustments for precise drag and the ability to adjust weight for balance makes it a perfect choice.

Convoy Duffel by Riversmith — This has become my favorite bag, I’m now using it as my daily go to. The waterproof main compartment is great, but the exterior and interior pockets, removable backpack straps, multiple handles, attachment points and quality sewing make it a huge win. The fact that it keeps it’s shape and is a perfect carry on size is icing on the cake for me!

AIRBLITZ™ Perforated Neoprene Leggings - Unisex by Backcountry Skinz — Wet wading is awesome, but pants and shorts can be a bit painful when cutting through briars or high grass, not to mention a whole bunch of biting insects. They also offer very little in terms of temperature regulation or protection when taking a knee or an unexpected fall. These leggings, which I will wear under some shorts, have been a warm weather game changer for me, offering protection from all of the above.  Additionally, they make wading ‘heavy’ water much easier, since they have very little drag compared to traditional waders and are much more comfortable, especially in the warmer months.
