They also offer very little in terms of temperature regulation or protection when taking a knee or an unexpected fall. These leggings, which I will wear under some shorts, have been a warm weather game changer for me, offering protection from all of the above.  Additionally, they make wading ‘heavy’ water much easier, since they have very little drag compared to traditional waders and are much more comfortable, especially in the warmer months.
