ASICS Men's Novablast 5
“The Novablast is my go-to shoe for road miles and treadmill runs, especially on recovery days. It has the soft, cushioned feel that makes your legs and feet appreciate every step, almost like running with a pillow under your feet. The ride is smooth, comfortable, and forgiving, making it a great option for easy, straight recovery runs when you're simply looking to give your feet and legs a break. It does give up a little lateral stability compared to some other trainers, so it's not my first choice for sharp turns or uneven surfaces. But for those relaxed recovery miles where comfort is the priority, the Novablast is hard to beat.”

“Best running shoe I've ever had, hands down. Cushy, poppy, and made me feel so good I set a 5k PR my first 19 minutes in them.”

ASICS Men's GEL-Nimbus 27 Road-Running Shoes White 11
“I've ran through my fair share of the Gel Nimbus and it's by far the most comfortable high cushioned shoe I've had. As a high mileage runner, these have been my go-to when I want to log some easy, far miles without adding more fatigue and saving my legs. I'll get around 400 miles out of them and continue to replace them- if you are looking to run on clouds these are it. They are on sale with the 28 out for release next month. Most comfortable road shoe I've owned. For a more lively and stable trainer, check out the Novablast 5.”

ASICS Magic Speed 5
“I've used this shoe A LOT. In fact, mine is probably past its "best-by-date", yet they're still going strong. Look, I will turn them over soon, but it's just a testament to the shoe. It is great on the track and the road. However I find them best for a faster threshold road trainer!”
