The Novablast is my go-to shoe for road miles and treadmill runs, especially on recovery days. It has the soft, cushioned feel that makes your legs and feet appreciate every step, almost like running with a pillow under your feet. The ride is smooth, comfortable, and forgiving, making it a great option for easy, straight recovery runs when you're simply looking to give your feet and legs a break. It does give up a little lateral stability compared to some other trainers, so it's not my first choice for sharp turns or uneven surfaces. But for those relaxed recovery miles where comfort is the priority, the Novablast is hard to beat.
