Having a waist light is a game-changer during overnight events especially during multi-day events. You can really see the terrain intricacies much more clearly, and this waistlight has an incredibly battery life!

What's great about this light is that you have the option to carry extra batteries, so you don't have to worry about running out of juice (or keeping it charged) in the middle of the night!

Lasted all night through a LONG night (nearly 12 hours)! It was so nice to not stress about battery life overnight.

Kelly Mulvany, Endurance Sports Coach and Athlete!

For night runs, I prefer to have a waist light because I find I lose my depth perception with a headlamp alone and can experience vertigo. By bringing the light source down lower, shadows are formed and I am far more confident running at night.
