Steven Kornhaus recommends the PATH Projects Lynx PD for running shorts. The Lynx PD liners are my go-to liners if I am wearing a two layer short system. They have just the right amount of compression to keep everything where it's supposed to be, without being uncomfortable. They are very comfortable and dry well too! I prefer a two layer short system for 100 milers, that way I can put shorts overtop of the liners, and when it gets cold I can easily change to some pants without having to get naked at an aid station
