HOKA Men's Clifton 10 Road-Running Shoes White 10 by HOKA — My first ever running shoe! These have a place in any line up. Perfect entry level max cushioned trainer that can also throw down some faster tempo intervals when needed. Lightweight and incredibly reliable - one of my most recommended and well loved shoes.
ASICS Men's GEL-Nimbus 27 Road-Running Shoes White 11 by ASICS — I've ran through my fair share of the Gel Nimbus and it's by far the most comfortable high cushioned shoe I've had. As a high mileage runner, these have been my go-to when I want to log some easy, far miles without adding more fatigue and saving my legs. I'll get around 400 miles out of them and continue to replace them- if you are looking to run on clouds these are it. They are on sale with the 28 out for release next month. Most comfortable road shoe I've owned. For a more lively and stable trainer, check out the Novablast 5.
Adizero Evo SL by Adidas — A light and bouncy trainer that can handle anything from easy recovery runs, to long runs and even some tempo miles. These are an entry level version of their racer for runners looking for lively fun without the stiffness of a plated shoe. They'll take you far (not as stable as MTC R1) with incredible bang for your buck.
R1 by Mount to Coast — Mount to Coast is coming out hot this year - their shoes are incredibly comfortable, lightweight, and an unbeatable value at this price for the mileage they provide
Ghost 17 by Brooks — Comfortable, stable, and budget friendly. All around reliability makes this a perfect entry shoe to build your consistency. Check out the Glycerin 22 if you prefer something a bit more cushioned and responsive ($165).
