This thing is great, good fit, doesn't hurt the forehead, and lights up the trail!

This is my favorite headlamp to use for serious climbs and adventures. It weighs in at only 100 grams, and yet it can cast up to 1,100 lumens which allows you to see up to 155 meters away. My favorite feature is that it has a reactive mode (with a minimum of 7 hours of battery life!) that senses ambient light and adjusts automatically to help you see what you need to so you can focus on the task at hand and not on adjusting its brightness.

I use this headlamp for all of my early-morning runs in the dark and fog, as well as for mountain 100K–100-mile ultras. I genuinely can’t say enough good things about it. The light is bright, clear, and reliable, which makes a huge difference when running technical trails in the dark. I also love the easy battery switch. It’s quick and efficient, especially when you’re crewing and need to swap batteries without wasting time.
