    Sara Aranda's review

I own a previous iteration of these shoes, but I really enjoy using them for strength training at the gym. I like that they are zero drop and extremely minimal. Being able to optimize stabilization and foot health while also having reliable grip is a key perk in my mind (whether at the gym or elsewhere). I also use them for casual walks and running errands around town. They are very easy to put on and slip out of, and the upper is very breathable. It took my feet a little bit to get used to wearing them for extended periods of time (I wasn't so used to zero drop at first!), but I'm happy to strengthen my feet in this way, especially when my running shoes are not zero drop. Switching things up is good for you! I will say that, at least the version I have, is so minimal that you feel everything you're walking on, so keep that in mind, as I wouldn't recommend wearing them on super rocky/pointy terrain.
