- Patagonia Women's Strider Pro Shorts 3.5" Black S X 3.5 In Inseam by Patagonia — My absolute favorite shorts for anything and everything, so naturally choosing them for Broken Arrow 46k. Lightweight. Stay in place. No chafing. Comfortable waist. Last forever and well made.
- Salomon Soft Flask Ultra 500 ml Water Bottle - 17 fl. oz. Blue 500 Ml by Salomon — My go-to flask. Love the tapered bottom for easily putting into my vest pockets.
- Salomon Adv Skin 5 Set Hydration Vest Gray L by Salomon — I've been using this vest since I started running ultras. The same one. Super well made. Can hold extra layers in the back pocket.
- Darn Tough Women's Mirnavated Micro Crew Ultralightweight Running Socks Blue L by Darn Tough — My absolute favorite socks for trail running. Or anything for that matter. Also love this design.
- La Sportiva Women's Bushido III Trail-Running Shoes White 40 EU by La Sportiva — These are fantastic trail running shoes for technical trail running. Very grippy but low profile lugs. Holds mid foot in place to keep toes from smashing into the shoes and getting bruised and blistered toenails. Also love this color.
- Janji Hatchback Mesh Cap Blue by Janji — Super lightweight hat that is stowable without getting misshapen. Easy to adjust the back bungee. Short brim but large enough to keep the sun off.
- C30 Energy Gel Trial Pack by Neversecond — I started using Neversecond because it is often at aid stations in the races I have been doing. I've had trouble with a lot of gels in the past that upset my stomach in the late stages of a race. I haven't had that experience with these. They also contain sodium, which simplifies my electrolyte regime.
- Garmin fenix 8 Pro AMOLED Sapphire by Garmin — The Garmin Fenix has been my go-to watch for almost 7 years now. I had the Fenix 6s and it was still functioning just fine when I decided to upgrade to the Fenix 8 Pro. It is important to me to be able to see and navigate through detailed maps right on my watch. Ultimately I listen to my body intuively, but I pretty much always find that the health metrics the watch gives me for HRV, stress, heart rate, etc. are spot on and that helps me to adjust and validate my training plan accordingly.
