Infinity Cord by Black Diamond — This is a great choice for rappel extensions, anchors, and other general use. I keep one on my harness for rescue systems, and rappelling.
ATC-Guide Belay Device by Black Diamond — This is my favorite "Guide Style" belay device due to the way it orients, and slightly wider slots for belaying two ropes.
Sterling 6.8 mm HollowBlock2 Loop - 13.5 in. Khaki 6.8 Mm by Sterling — This is a great choice for friction friction hitches and rappel back-ups or "third hand".
C.A.M.P. Nimbus Lock Carabiner - Package of 3 Multi-Colored by Camp — These are my favorite general use locker! They handle well, and have a round stock which helps with longevity, and offers a smooth interface with the rope when belaying or rappelling.
Petzl GRIGRI Belay Device Red by Petzl — The longtime standard assisted brake device continues to be my favorite.
Petzl NEOX Assisted Blocking Limited Edition Belay Device Pink by Petzl — The Grigri is my favorite assisted brake device, however the Neox is a great alternative for newer lead belayers. It does not perform as well belaying from above, in which case I much prefer the Grigri
