GU Roctane Sports Gel by GU — I love this gel. This is my go too. It is small and easy to open with running. It is a thicker consistency but I prefer that over the runnier gels.
Original Energy Gel by GU Energy — I love this gel. This is my go too. It is small and easy to open with running. It is a thicker consistency but I prefer that over the runnier gels.
GU Energy Gel Espresso by GU — I love the small amount of caffeine in this gel. I will usually go back and forth throughout my run. The consistency is thicker but it is what I prefer.
Speedgoat 7 Trail-Running Shoes by REI — I use these for all of my trail runs. They are sturdy and give your feet a good amount of cushion for the terrain. The toe box is wide which is nice. And they pretty much went from box to trail with minimal breaking in.
Cocoon 2.0 by rabbit — This is a great run shirt especially in TX in the winter. It isn't cold enough to wear a jacket but this is warm enough to keep you running when the temps drop. It is soft. There is a space for your ponytail when you have the hood up as well.
UPF Deflector 2.0 by rabbit — This is perfect for those fall runs or even runs in the heat in TX! It is light weight and the colors are super fun.
Salomon GRVL Skin 4 Hydration Vest by Salomon — This was my newest purchase and I am loving it so far. It is a smaller profile so it sits higher on my chest which makes drinking from the flasks so much easier. I have also found that it sits right at the bottom of my sports bra which is great for not chafing in the back.
Tailwind Nutrition by Tailwind Nutrition — Mixes like a dream. My go to on all of my runs. Easy and long runs. Favorite flavor is lemon
OpenRun Pro 2 by Shokz — These are great for being able to enjoy your music or podcast or book and still be able to hear noises around you. I feel safer with the bone conducting headphones for that reason.
Fractel M-Series Cap by Fractel — I love this hat. I love that you can throw it in the washer. Just make sure to hang dry! I love how it fits on my head. I love that they come with a couple different options for the back. The one for high ponies is great.
