Carrying your water, liquid calories, gels, and other trail essentials never has never been easier than with this belt. It takes the weight off of your back/shoulders as opposed to wearing a vest and sits it around your waist and hips for a bounce free ride that uniquely doesn't cause chafing either. Makes speed and accessibility easier to come by out there when you need it most. Make sure to measure yourself appropriately when ordering. I typically get size M in my bottoms and I wear a size 6 or 7 with this belt.
