- Who it's for
- Climbers who want ultralight, always-on-harness cord for anchor building, rappel extensions, and rescue systems. Different lengths suit different roles: short (120cm) for rappel extension/tether, mid (180cm) for quad anchors, long (240cm) for anchors and rescue scenarios.
- What people are saying
- Hosts consistently praise its strength, stiffness, and low weight, with several keeping it on their harness permanently. The spliced loop (replacing a bartack) and shape-retaining flatness—which aids threading through rock—are called out as meaningful improvements over comparable products.
- Worth noting
- One host notes it fills the gap left by discontinued Edelrid Aramid Cord and considers it an improvement. Notes are uniformly positive with no criticism or fit/durability caveats raised.

Several sizes are available. I have the short and long, but not the mid size one. Short is great for a rappel extension, long is great for many uses.

For anchor building, I really like having a 120cm and 180cm sling available. I used to love Edelrid's Aramid Cord, but it is no longer in production. Black Diamond has filled that hole in the market and made it even better by replacing the bartack with a splice.

this is a new to the climbing world, but it's 4mm fully rated anchor material, when you flatten it with you hand it will maintain shape and make it easier to thread through rock for anchoring
