Adizero Adios Pro 4 Shoes by Adidas — Have been using this series of adidas pros for many years now. I even have a pair always waiting for me in my bags in Kenya every time in return back to my second home. Amazing for every single long run and speed workouts to even hill repeats.
PACE 3 GPS Sport Watch by COROS — Have been using the pace 3 for over 2 years before this had the pace 2. Now moving up to the pace 4 pro. Best interface and easy to use for setting up workouts and training. Trusting the amazing mapping system since they start sponsoring the training camp next door to us in a tiny village in Kenya.
C30 Energy Gel Discovery Pack 8CT by Neversecond — Makes a world of difference super easy to take down while running and instantly feel a boost of energy. A secret for those hot days, cool them down in the freezer or fridge before using them
Recovery Sport Drink Mix by Skratch Labs — The best recovery hydration out there, amazing on its own or thrown into smoothies every day after a workout.
