Running Tried and Trues - Maggie Perkins

The gear I keep coming back to- long runs, quick workouts, and anything in between

Maggie Perkins's expert gear recommendations on Rendezvu

    Products in this list

    • Women's Speedgoat 7 Shoes by Hoka — My go-to, daily driver.
    • Wildflower Women's Crop by Ostroy — My favorite lightweight tee. I wear this racing and ALWAYS get compliments! It's nice to make people smile.
    • Women's Tahoma Half Tight by Terignota — The best half tights. There are so many pockets, they do not ride up, and look great!
    • KOM Socks - Flower Freak by Courtney Coppinger by VOLTAGE LTD — I personally think all socks should have frills. These ones are INCREDIBLE for long runs.
    • Women's Second Light Windshell by Stio — This is the best layer for wind, or chilly mornings. It is totally unlined, and easily packable. Mine is so many seasons old, but I still reach for it all the time. Great for long runs or Teton Summits
    • LF 2L by Raide Research — Perfect for your 3-7 mile training runs when you need some water, a snack, and maybe a layer. It's awkward to get on and off, but once it's on, this puppy ain't going anywhere.
    • ACTIVE SKIN 8 by Salomon — My go - to for longer runs. The snack carrying opportunities are endless, and it makes carrying bear spray very easy (important for Teton Runs!)
    • Stella | 4 | Painted Riptide by Clay by Shay — Wearing earrings, even when I am out in the mountains, helps me embrace my femininity! These are the best adventure earrings ever.
    • Raspberry Uncrustables by Uncrustables — An elite trail snack.
    • COROS APEX 2 Pro by COROS — As an ADHD girly, remembering to charge my watch is not a strength, but with this guy, I only need to have watch charging on my list once a week. Gamechanger.
    • Pacific Palisades by Knockaround — I have 4 pairs of these sunglasses, and multiples of my favorite color because they don't sell them anymore. These are the best bang for your buck, they don't bounce, and they actually LOOK GOOD.
