Women's Vanisher™ 5" High Waist Compression Shorts - Anthracite by Bandit — Have worn these for multiple races and can’t say enough good things about them. The perfect compression, side pockets can hold 2 gels on each side and the back pocket holds my phone without any bounce!
Mafate 5 by HOKA — My current trail shoe I’ve been running in!! As a girl who needs stability for these weak ankles, I have yet to roll one (knock on wood) in these. I have them in the blue/rosemary colorway 🩵
Nathan HyperNight Pinnacle Soft Flask - 14 fl. oz. by Nathan — Arguably the best handheld on the market. I have a couple different versions of this, one with a pocket to hold my key/gels. So comfortable and lightweight, 14oz is the perfect size!!

Cinnamon Apple Pie Gel (Vegan) 180 Kcal - Awesome Sauce by Spring Energy — I could eat these for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The consistency is more like a whole food rather than a liquid gel, such a nice change of texture on long hauls. Apple is my favorite but all of them are so incredibly 🫶🏽
