1. Trekking Poles any foldable will do I specifically use the Black Diamond Distance Carbon Z Poles. Makes crushing the vert so much easier. 2. Any moisture wicking socks, because running in regular cotton socks suck! I don't own regular socks after using running socks. I really like feetures and OS1st! 3. Vaseline aka petroleum jelly. Yeahhh you could use squirrels nut butter or body glide but this is cheaper and almost does the same job. No friction on the nips or my other body parts ;) 4. Terignota Sendero Shorts, oh man first things first the price for 29$ you can't beat that and a built in belt. Chef's kiss. While it may have some minor faults like not being able to load too much to the belt before it starts sagging. Aside from that a technical short worn by some of the best trail runners and at the cheapest price possible. Sign me up. 5. Raide Research UL 1L Running Belt This is my go to belt for pretty much everything. I've taken this up to a 20 mile run and it's worked perfect fittings my keys, wallet, phone, charger, 1 flask and a bunch of gels. You could def take this up to a 50k no problem.
