After falling head over heel hooks for climbing in a gym in Boston, Kate moved to the Front Range of Colorado because the mountains were calling. She transformed from a gym boulderer to an outdoor sport climber to a trad climbing aficionado and now spends as much time as possible exploring the epic crags of the mountain west and beyond, from Joshua Tree to Zion to Devils Tower. She became certified as an AMGA Single Pitch Instructor to share the joy of climbing!
