Trail running necessities - Justin Grunewald

The gear I actually use and would buy again. Ok I get some of it for free but would buy it if I didn’t.

Products in this list

Men's Mont Blanc Carbon by Altra — Fast racing shoe for flowy 50k to 100 miles.
Altra Men's Olympus Trail-Running Shoes by Altra — For long races or long technical hard days on the trail. Great grip, foot protection and incredibly hard to roll ankles while wearing these. Bomb any techy descents.
Drink Mix 24 Serving Bulk Bag by Open Fuel — Bulk bag, because it’s a better deal and better for the planet!
Men's Running Briefs – Grey by Runderwear USA — Chafe free since 2023! Need I say more? If you are using liners you are crazy.
Gel Mix Bulk Bag by Open Fuel — Homemade gels that taste great. Awesome carb to sodium ratio and can add whatever flavor you like to prevent palate fatigue.
Drink Mix Sachets by Open Fuel — Best drink mix I’ve used, hands down.
Garmin Enduro 3 GPS Watch by Garmin — It may be a hand me down from Amanda Basham because I am too cheap to spend 900 bucks on a watch but I love it anyway.
Ultras™ by SunGod — Sun God reached out offering me nee glasses and they are great. They are a little pricey but I love them so far.
Ice Bandana by East Peak — Best ice bandana I have used but still lots of room for improvement in that market.
OpenRun Pro 2 by Shokz — Use them on the run, in the hospital, even in the house when wanting to listen to something outside KPOP Demon Hunters. Shokz wont send me free ones so hit me up if you have a contact Adam Peterman.
