Petzl Ergonomic Ice Tool by Petzl — I made the switch to these 3 years ago and my goodness I'm stoked I did! These are by far the best for steep ice or mixed terrain. The picks are interchangeable and you can pick which one you want depending on your climb. These climb WI4 or above extremely well. Under WI3 I would advise using a less aggressive tool. Regardless try these and you'll be happy you did!
C.A.M.P. Blade Runner Crampons Orange 2 by Camp — Buy these! I've gone through about 4 pairs now and these are my go-to for steep ice and mixed terrain alike. These are heavier than the Petzl pons but these perform wayyyy better in my opinion. Try these and you'll see why they're a staple in my ice collection!
PHANTOM TECH HD by Scarpa — These are my boots of choice. Scarpa fit a wider foot way better than its competitors. I really enjoy the lightness of this boot, and personally having laces to tighten up the boot rather than a BOA system. I'm on my 3rd pair of these and won't be switching anytime soon!

BLUE ICE Aero Ice Screw Yellow 13 Cm by Blue Ice — I made the switch to these 2 years ago from Petzl and these are it! The diameter of these screws are huge. Meaning you'll hit your V-threads way easier and you can rebore old screw holes. These are also light. I like the steels because I climb in NH where ice can be wet, cold, or just tough to get the screws in. The ultra-lights will freeze in very wet ice as a warning!

Arc'teryx Men's Alpha SV Jacket Black XL by Arc'teryx — The SV is going to keep you not only warm but oh so dry. I've worn this thing in the most rugged ice conditions on Mt. Washington, and at Lake Willoughby when the wind is ripping, snow is blowing, or the rain is falling and I've stayed completely dry. Highly suggest this for your kit.
Arc'teryx Alpha FL 30 Pack Black Regular by Arc'teryx — The 30L is the perfect size for ice climbing. Multi pitch, single pitch, overnights, this pack does it all. It's minimalistic which is a pro and con. Pro meaning less is good for alpine. It carries the gear really well. Con being that it doesn't hold a rope very well but you can put ski straps on the side to fix this. Overall, a lightweight and my go to for ice climbing.

C.A.M.P. Geko Ice Pro Gloves Black M by Camp — Hands down best ice glove on the market! They climb exceptionally well, and they're warm. They fit very snug which is what you want when you have to work with carabiners and ice screws. I only wear these for when I'm leading and I bring 2 pairs just incase these get wet or I have to slog through snow. Check these out and you won't be disappointed!
Outdoor Research Men's Extravert Gloves Black S by Outdoor Research — These are mostly used for my belay gloves and I also ice climb in these on colder days because they keep your hands pretty warm. Also fit snug and climb pretty good!
Petzl Volta 9.2 mm Dry Rope Orange 9.2 Mm X 60 M by Petzl — I rock this thinner rope for my ice climbs. I'll ONLY use this rope on ice and it won't see rock. Since ice has less things for the rope to be roughed up on (ice and snow is smooth), I'll go thinner. I enjoy the quality of this rope and how nimble it is for knots and belaying. 10/10!
