I work. A lot. I get outside whenever I can, and sometimes it’s in the middle of the day when the Phoenix heat is at its hottest. This is how I survive…

Electrolyte Salt Capsules by SaltStick
SaltStick FastChews Chewable Electrolyte Tablets - 10 Tablets Orange by SaltStick — SaltStick is a must. I love the chews because of their portability and they are quick hits while I’m out and about. I love the capsules for preparing for the adventure. Hydrating ahead of time is key!
SoCal Ice Bandana by facebook — Support small businesses! These ice bandanas are top quality, made in Southern California and are an absolute must in the heat.
HydraPak HydraSleeve Reservoir - 3 Liters Black by HydraPak — An insulated bladder in your hydration pack is an absolute life saver. Add ice and your water will stay cold. Trust me. I don’t have an insulated tube, although that would be helpful. I just sip and blow water back into the pack and out of the tube to keep it cold!
Bimini Uv LS Shirt by DARK SEAS — Best sun shirts ever! Soft, cool, thumb loops and venting beneath the arms. Plus, they are cute! Yes, this is a men’s shirt…just order a small if you’re around 5-5 and weigh between 125-130 😜
