Long sufferfests in the mountains are the intersection of it all... I like to climb rocks, talk about philosophy, and touch grass. And I make some mean Al-Pastor tacos.

- High Carb Fuel by Tailwind Nutrition — The game is changed, and we’re still finding the limits… one thing is for sure though, and that’s high carb fueling enhancing performance and recovery, leading to new course records across the board. For me, I don’t care about records, but I’ve come to know that high carb makes me fitter, and more importantly, healthier, by pushing adaptation over long time periods. Always rocked with Tailwind for the electrolytes, science backed fructose:glucose ratio, and flavor. So their new high carb is a no brainer.
- BETA Fuel Gels by SiS Science in Sport Logo — High-carb formula with great GI tolerance thanks to a balanced glucose/fructose ratio. This is 40g and has to be my go-to gel cuz of that... 2 per hour is a sweet spot. Perfect for high-output sessions, and an athlete favorite that's trusted heavily by the SWAP squad... and who doesn't believe David and Megan?
- PF 90 Gel by Precision Hydration — High-carb formula with athlete approved GI tolerance thanks to a balanced glucose/fructose ratio. GU could never (sorry, GU). A good gel high-carb alternative to the Tailwind dose.
- Gel 100 by The Feed — An athlete favorite and very mainstream 25g serving using their highly marketed and well-tolerated hydrogel goop. Idk what it says about the customer base, or maybe just the adoption, but this is the gel I most see littered.
- Organic Gel by The Feed — Another 24g solution from honey stinger, who also has great chews and *obviously* the waffles, which I've probably had hundreds of.
