Become who you’re capable of becoming. Do hard things.

34 | Husband | Dad | Always chasing the next level. I’ve always believed in challenging myself and seeing what I’m capable of. These days, I’m focused on getting stronger, becoming a better runner, and chasing some big goals—sub-20 5K and eventually a sub-3 marathon. I especially enjoy training with my wife, who is the one who got me into running in the first place. It’s become something we get to pursue together, and I love having her alongside me through the highs, lows, and everything in between. I’m big on keeping an open mind, trying new things, embracing new experiences, and making the most of the time I have. More than anything, I want my daughter to grow up seeing that as the norm—to know that it’s okay to do hard things, to fail, to feel like giving up, and to keep going anyway. Because sometimes, pushing just a little further is where you find out what you’re truly capable of. At the end of the day, I’m just trying to build a life I’m proud of, set an example for my daughter, and become a little better than I was yesterday.
