Arc'teryx Women's Incendia Jacket Purple S by Arc'teryx — The top of the line shell jacket from the top manufacturer in the biz. What makes this stand out from the other high-end Gore Tex shells is the StowHood, which zips into the collar. To me, this is a big deal, as having a hood flopping around on warmer days is obnoxious!
Obermeyer Women's Steibis Shell Jacket Black L by Obermeyer — Minimalist style is the name of the game for this shell from my favorite manufacturer, Obermeyer. The main selling point of this jacket is its 30k waterproofing and 30k breathability ratings, which are rare to find and top of the industry. So if you want to be able to ski in waist-deep powder or even on rainy days without getting wet, look no further.
Lofoten GORE-TEX PRO Jacket - Women's by Norrona — Norrona is a high-end Swedish manufacturer, and this is their top of the line Gore Tex Pro 3-layer ski shell. All the bells and whistles without intruding on the minimalist Scandinavian style. Killer!
Stoney HS Hooded Jacket - Women's by Mammut — Head-turning style in a feature-packed 3-layer ski shell has made the Stoney a mainstay at the top of review lists on the men's and women's sides. This was a finalist for me in my jacket search this year!
Khroma Kinetic Jacket - Women's by Rab — Rab is a British brand that competes with the quality of Arc'teryx and the like at lower price points. The Khroma is their top of the line jacket known for having the stretchiness and comfort of a softshell jacket with the high-level waterproofing and breathability of a hardshell (20k waterproofing, 25k breathability). A high performer!

Patagonia Women's PowSlayer Pants Blue M by Patagonia — A stylish pair of shell pants with 3 layer Gore Tex Pro for max weatherproofing. There is also a RECCO reflector if you ever need to be found by avalanche patrol!
Helly Hansen Women's Elevation Infinity Shell Bib Ski Pants Gray XS by Helly Hansen — Lots of style and freedom of movement in these shell bibs (which, by the way, are rare on the market but ideal for customized layering), which eschew Gore-Tex but still have highly waterproof and breathable construction and fabrics.

Stio Women's Environ Bib Pants by Stio — Super stylish shell bibs from Stio with 20k/10k waterproofing+breathability ratings, which is enough for all but the rainiest days or the deepest powder. Tons of pockets and vents and a great low-bib style that is more like a suspender pant than a normal, constricting bib.
Lofoten GORE-TEX PRO Pant - Women's by Norrona — 3-layer shell pant with top of the line Gore Tex pro weatherproofing and Kevlar in the cuffs for max durability against scrapes and tears. Excellent.
Stoney HS Pant - Women's by Mammut — A 15k waterproofing, 20k breathability shell pant with huge thigh pockets if you prefer that style! Come with a 2 year warranty, which is nice and rare.
Arc'teryx Grotto Toque Hat Gray by Arc'teryx — A nice beanie that is long enough to actually keep your ears warm if you have a lot of hair (or to wear in a more baggy style). Mid-length, though, so it isn't huge, either.
Fjallraven Snow Beanie Purple by Fjallraven — Understated but stylish. Fjällraven's build quality is the best in the biz, in my opinion - I am definitely a fanboy:)
Patagonia Women's Snowbelle Beanie Red by Patagonia — A warm wool pom-pom hat without the scratchiness you might expect due to the interior fleece headband. Thoughtfully done!
Lumi Beanie - Women's by Helly Hansen — This is the ski pom to get if you plan on wearing it off the slopes, too!
Rab Women's Guide GORE-TEX Gauntlets Gloves Black M by Rab — Primaloft Gold insulation, Gore-Tex weatherproofing, and precurved, articulated palms and fingers for a natural feel.
Hestra Gloves Women's Fall Line Gloves Black 9 by Hestra Gloves — I own the men's version - these are the classic leather ski glove that is top of the line in craftsmanship. They aren't super warm, though, so look elsewhere if you are skiing in the coldest temps. I use them when it is 30 degrees F and above myself.
X-Cell Mitten - Women's by Swany — The absolute warmest mitten there is, and it has zippered handwarmer pockets that seal out moisture, too!
Patrol Gauntlet Glove - Women's by Hestra — These are Hestra's warmest glove, with waterproof and windproof protection as well as their famed goat leather palms and fingers. The soft liner glove is machine washable and removable!
Army Leather Patrol Glove - Women's by Hestra — These are great for warmer days and spring skiing - they are still insulated a bit, and waterproof, but lighter in build without the synthetic windproofing of bulkier gloves. A great fall glove off the mountain, too!
