Products in this list
- Men's Cloudultra Pro Pearl | Lychee by On — On super trail shoes, with all the runnable sections of the course the responsive foam and plate really helps cover ground quickly.
- Men's Zero Singlet White | Iron by On — Lightweight On running singlet perfect for the under two hour race
- Men's Zero Shorts Iron | Black by On — Superlight race shorts with just enough pockets for gels for a short fast trail race.
- GOCap by Ciele Athletics — The Trail Team classic logo on a white Ciele GoCap is the perfect combo. Hat is great in the heat, the large size is rather deep allowing for a lot of ice to stay on your head without flying out.
- SkyFlask™ Speed 500ml by HydraPak — Only handheld bottle worth using, flip top works great at aid stations, is light enough to stash and forget when empty. The gold standard for bottles.
- SoftFlask™ 150ml 2-Pack by HydraPak — My favorite gel flask for use with gel mix, the gel cap is my favorite as it lets the gel flow through well while allowing for it to be leak proof when locked out.
- Custom Gel Builder (1kg) by Blank's Sports Nutrition — My go-to drink mix, I use 750 mg of salt, 75 grams of carbs, and usually watermelon or mango flavoring. Custom mix for a great price.
- Custom Bicarb Mix by Blank's Sports Nutrition — Trail runners need some bicarb too! I use a full dose of 15-20g of bicarb for short races, the BA Ascent, and a half dose for longer races. Blank's lets you pick your gel flavor as well, I like a blue razz bicarb before a hard effort.
- COROS APEX 2 Pro by COROS
- Apex 4 by COROS — Current model of my trusty Coros Apex 2, a great mountain watch that has an activity mode for whatever I'm doing in the mountains that day. Long enough battery for any ultra you are pursuing but best for moving as quick as you can through the mountains.
