LMNT Variety Pack by LMNT — I’ve been using LMNT as part of my hydration routine, especially during long runs and ultramarathon training. I add it to my water bottles while I’m running to help stay hydrated and replace electrolytes, and I also use it the night before a long run to make sure I’m starting well-hydrated. I’ve found it easy to incorporate into my routine, and I really appreciate having something that makes staying on top of hydration simple, especially when I’m putting in several hours on the trails.
Precision Fuel and Hydration Chews by The Feed — Fueling is part of the training too. I use Precision Fuel & Hydration on my runs to help keep the energy coming, especially when the miles start getting long. Training for 100 miles means I’m learning what works for my body, one run (and one gel) at a time.
Run Lightweight Mini-Crew by Injinji — One thing I’ve learned from long runs: happy toes = happy runner. 😂
I’ve been wearing the Injinji Run Lightweight socks because the individual toe sleeves help reduce the rubbing and friction between my toes—which means fewer hot spots and blisters when the miles start piling up.
For shorter runs, maybe I can get away with whatever. But when I’m out there for hours? I’ll take every advantage I can get. My toes have enough problems without adding unnecessary drama.
APEX 4 by COROS — I use my COROS APEX 4 to track my training, monitor effort, and keep an eye on the data that actually matters when I’m putting in serious mileage. I’ve found it especially useful for long runs and ultramarathon training, where pacing, elevation, navigation, battery life, and knowing when to back off can make a big difference. I’m always learning how to use the data to train smarter—not just run more.
Heart Rate Monitor by COROS — I use the COROS Heart Rate Monitor to get a more accurate picture of my effort, especially during long runs and ultra training. It helps me keep an eye on heart rate, effort and pacing so I can better understand what my body is actually doing—not just what my pace says.
Salomon GRVL Skin 4 Hydration Vest by Salomon — This is my go-to hydration vest for longer runs when I need to carry water, fuel and a few essentials without feeling like I’m wearing a backpack. The 4L capacity gives me enough room for my run essentials, and the two 500ml soft flasks are easy to access while running. I really like how lightweight and secure it feels, the less bouncing and fussing with gear, the better when I’m putting in big miles.
Ice Bandana by rabbit — One of my favorite pieces of gear for hot-weather running. The Rabbit ICE Bandana gives me an easy way to cool down during long runs—especially when I’m out for hours in the heat. I can wet it, wear it around my neck, and get some much-needed relief when the temperature starts climbing. Small piece of gear, but a big difference on long summer miles.
Dual Pocket PRO by SPIbelt — My go-to for shorter runs when I don’t need a full hydration vest. It’s lightweight, stays put, and holds my phone plus a little fuel without feeling bulky. Perfect for those runs where I want to carry the essentials and leave the rest at home.
Amphipod Soft-Tech Luxe Soft Flask Handheld Water Bottle - 16 fl. oz. Blue 16 Fl Oz by Amphipod — My go-to for shorter runs when I want hydration without wearing a vest. The Amphipod handheld is easy to carry, stays secure in my hand, and gives me enough water for those shorter outings. Simple, lightweight, and does the job without adding extra gear.
OpenRun Pro 2 mini by Shokz — My go-to headphones for running. The open-ear design lets me listen to music and podcasts while still hearing what’s happening around me, which I really appreciate when I’m running on roads or trails. They’re comfortable enough for long runs, stay put, and don’t leave my ears feeling plugged up. And yes, the music matters, sometimes the right song is half the battle.
