Petzl Aquila Harness Black XL by Petzl — This is the closest thing I have found to a do everything harness. I love this harness for its balance of features, light weight, and packability. I tend to use this trad climbing, multipitch climbing, and alpine climbing. I prefer something with more padding for sport climbing. This harness does not come with ice clipper loops, so I don't recommend it for ice climbing. This is way to heavy for a mountaineering or ski mountaineering harness.
Arc'teryx Men's AR-395a Harness Green L by Arc'teryx — This is my favorite harness for ice climbing. It is very packable, it has 4 ice clipper loops, and 5 gear loops. I find the waist belt and leg loops to lack padding, but on top of winter clothes, I find it to work great.
BLUE ICE Choucas Pro Harness Gray L by Blue Ice — The features I am looking for in a Mountaineering harness are exreme light weight, extreme packability, and a harness that opens up fully (waist belt and leg loops). Being able to open up fully means you don't need to take crampons or skis off to put the harness on. It opens up and you can put it on like a diaper.
