    What people are saying

    Worth noting
One host notes carrying at least two 120 cm slings per party as a standard rack item. No durability concerns or fit caveats are mentioned across the notes.

    Dan Morley's review

For making your own alpine draws, I recommend using a 60cm sling and adding two non-locking carabiners. You'll want mostly 60cm alpine draws to trad lead, but you should add a couple 120cm double-length alpine draws for extending past roofs.

I normally carry one of these double shoulder length slings for anchor building. They work great for quad anchors on bolts as well as for wrapping trees in top rope anchors.

    Doug Dobkowski, Outdoor Educator, Guide

These are used for building anchors. The are long enough to encapsulate at least 3 pieces of gear or wrap around big trees. My climbing party always has 2 of these.
