Gels currently in my rotation - Corinne Shalvoy

What I'm using (and why) in training and racing

Corinne Shalvoy's expert gear recommendations on Rendezvu

    Products in this list

    • C30 Energy Gel Trial Pack by Neversecond — Passionfruit is my current go to. Easy to open, easy to take in (thin), and excellent formulation for long distances.
    • PF90 Gel by Precision — When you want something resealable and to allow you to hit that 90g / hr, 1 pouch is all you need. Not overly sweet. Thin but not liquid consistency.
    • SiS BETA Fuel Gel - Neutral by SiS — One of my go-to gels for racing. 40g carbs per gel, neutral flavor, thin but not watery consistency that's really easy to get down. No caffeine. I use these in combination with other gels during racing and training. ***WARNING, the Nootropics beta gel has a yellow stripe on the top of the gel and has 200mg of caffeine! (I take 1/2 of one of these late in races)
    • Liquid Shot - 24-Pack by First Endurance — Kona Mocha tastes like coffee ice cream and offers a mild dose of caffeine (25mg). I like these for a change of flavor or when doing mid week workouts! 30g of carbs per gel +75mg of sodium
