Expert Review
I first got an Oura ring in January 2024 as part of our FURTHER 6 day event. I've been hooked and impressed with the biometrics ever since! I wore the Oura ring for my 6 Day World Best, which was used for the research project. I've found tracking body temp as a helpful metric of predicting ovulation. I also like following the sleep metrics and that it tracks and quantifies naps as part of total daily sleep. I also like to track resting heartrate and heartrate variability as markers of stress and fitness.
