ADV SKIN 5 by Salomon — This is a great vest! I’ve used it for three years now and it is wearing well. It fits comfortably and is easy to adjust. I can easily carry anything I need in it, and bear spray fits perfectly in the front water flask pockets, something that is very important since I live in grizzly bear country.

Nathan SpeedDraw 2.0 Insulated Flask - 18 fl. oz. Blue 18 Fl Oz by Nathan — I got this insulated soft flask to help keep my hydration from freezing during winter runs. It definitely helped! And the handheld option has been extremely useful for shorter runs all throughout the year, as well as for fixed time races I’ve done where I am seeing my crew or drop bag every 4ish miles. I can easily fit gels, chews, and my phone and keys in the pockets too.
REI Co-op Women's Swiftland 6" Running Short Tights Gray M by REI Co-op — My go-to shorts. They fit well and have plenty of pockets and nothing bounces in the pockets. I’ve never had any issues with chafing while wearing these shorts.
