Black Diamond Camalot Z4 Cam 0.75 by Black Diamond — The Z4 cams are some of the most versatile cams around. Their narrow head width and large camming range lets them fit in places where a standard C4 or equivalent just won't. I carry a single rack of these from .1 - .75.
C.A.M.P. Alpine Express Dyneema Quickdraws - Package of 4 Gray 60 Cm by C.A.M.P. — Alpine draws are necessary for the leader, especially in the Gunks. Routes wander up big corners, long traverses and through or around roofs. I aim to bring at elast 6-8 alpine draws with me on every pitch.
Petzl Attache Carabiner Yellow by Petzl — The do-it-all carabiner. I carry around 5 of these with me on route (2 for my ATC, 1 on my GriGri, 2 for misc. use).
Black Diamond Men's Alpenglow Pro Hoody Khaki L by Black Diamond — For those days spent cooking on the wall. The zipper is quite nice and adds more ventilation. Very stretchy.
Petzl GRIGRI + Belay Device Blue by Petzl — The OG grigri is a super versatile and effective device for top-down belaying and beyond. Very rarely leaves my harness.
Patagonia Men's Houdini Jacket Purple L by Patagonia — Usually a layer I reserve for shoulder seasons and colder. I find that just reducing wind chill is enough to keep me comfortable on the wall when wearing an insulating layer is too much.
DMM HB Alloy Offset Stopper Set - Sizes 7-11 Multi-Colored by DMM — Simply the best option for passive protection. There is no better feeling then nailing a gold colored dmm offest nut placement, period.
