    Expert“This is bar none my favorite recovery drink, AND I also use it for a complete drinkable meal on the go. During a grueling 45 mile/day effort, I drank during the day when I needed big calories but didn't want to stop to assemble a meal. During the Grand2Grand ultra stage race, I drank 1/2 a rec pack for breakfast, and the other 1/2 immediately after finishing each stage. I would do the exact same thing again.”
