Expert“These gels are a very reliable foundation on extended, unsupported routes with medium to high intensity. They have a simple, sweet flavor and an easy to swallow viscosity. They can be a bit overly sweet and I mix them up with other gels after 16 hours to prevent palette fatigue.”
