Ergo-Lite Ultra Handheld
“This bottle has everything you need for successful long runs and marathons. You can choose the bottle size you prefer, the pouch can carry keys or gels or salt tabs, and you can even stuff extra gels in the loops. Kim uses these to train through marathon build ups and then will carry and toss during the marathon.”

Amphipod Soft-Tech Luxe Soft Flask Handheld Water Bottle - 16 fl. oz. Blue 16 Fl Oz
“My go-to for shorter runs when I want hydration without wearing a vest. The Amphipod handheld is easy to carry, stays secure in my hand, and gives me enough water for those shorter outings. Simple, lightweight, and does the job without adding extra gear.”
