- Gear Tote by Grab it and go. Keep your gear dialed for everyday adventures. Uncompromising construction. Customizable organization. Wet/dirty gear management. — Anything I can do to simplify my morning is a win, and the Kitworks 35L tote makes getting from the door to the trailhead so simple. I keep all my running essentials neatly organized in here, so I can just grab it and go. No more wondering what to pack before running out the door or realizing you forgot sunscreen or snacks once you get to the trailhead.
- Cascadia 20 by Brooks — my everyday training shoe. Feels like a hug for my feet
- OpenRun Pro 2 by Shokz — I'll always choose to run with friends when I can, but some days you just need a little extra boost to get you through the tough workout or long miles. Shokz let you listen to music or your favorite podcast while still staying safe and being able to hear your surroundings. And the Mini size is another win for us small-head folks :)
- Midweight Performance Poppy Sock by East Peak — Who says you're feet can't look cute AND work hard? I prefer the midweight version, but you can't go wrong with any of the cute designs!
- COROS APEX 4 White 42mm by COROS — the navigation is my favorite feature of this watch. The maps are super clear so you never miss a turn. Also has an impressive battery that can last through a week of high volume training without being charged
- COROS Heart Rate Monitor by COROS — I promise you won't even notice you're wearing it. I'm not really a data nerd when it comes to my running, but when it's this easy to collect HR date, why not?
- Classic Notebook by Moleskine Home — Getting your mind ready is just as important as getting the body ready for a big race. I find that journaling about my feelings leading up to a race helps me work through nerves, create my mantras, and get my mind in the right spot for race day.
- Arizona by Birkenstock — If I'm not in Brooks, you can find me in my Birks. I love that the EVA version is so light that your feet don't have to "grip" to keep them on. Also light enough to attach to your bag for fast-packing
