boulder, coloradodo good, have fun
I’m a professional endurance runner based in Boulder, Colorado, originally from Scotland After a successful stint on the track, I’m now shifting my focus toward trail running and big mountain adventures. Running is at the heart of what I do, but biking, skiing, and the occasional climb all play a role in my training too Outside of sport, I’m a huge foodie with a big interest in sports nutrition and the impact it can have on both performance and long-term health
Discipline: trail running
