This super trainer legitimately makes you feel like you are running on a trampoline! I started using this shoe while rehabbing a knee injury to keep impact to a minimum, but I liked it so much I now use it for literally all of my flat dirt/road easy runs. I notice my runs are faster and my legs feel fresher afterwards when I am wearing it.
