Toe socks are the truth! If you continue to struggle with blisters - maybe it isn't the shoe and you need to try toe socks. The real gamechanger for me personally with these is with managing my plantar fasciitis. Having the toe separation gives better proprioception and dexterity to use your foot how it's intended to run. Normal socks squeeze your toes together, while these enable your toes to stay naturally splayed within your shoe. When my plantar fascia is flaring up, these are my go-to.

I’ve been using Injinji trail socks exclusively for past 2 years. No blisters, great feel and easily dry on runs. These are the best

Injinji socks have been a game-changer for me! Before wearing Injinjis, I struggled with hot spots and blisters. Since switching to Injinji, I have not had a single issue with blisters. My favorite are the lightweight and midweight mini-crews!

**MUST-HAVE product!** I LOVE these socks. They’ve been a game changer for preventing blisters and keeping my toes from rubbing together, especially on my longer runs. I also love how they let my toes naturally spread while I run, which makes them so much more comfortable as the miles add up. Definitely a running essential for me!

I love the midweight because I appreciate extra cushion from my sock rather than a massive stack on my shoe. The toe socks are literally the only way to go as an ultra athlete and this variant has lasted me the longest (no holes yet!)

Love how cozy my feet and toes feel in these socks. A little bitty sock for each toe helps prevent blisters.

I've been a fan of toe socks for a few years, but keep coming back to Injinji. They won't slide around your feet, you'll fight blisters and hot spots, develop better toe spread, and in general look sexier in the socks and sandles styling :)

Toe socks were new to me summer 2026- I don't get many blisters but wanted to see if I could continue that on longer sustained multi-day efforts. No blisters with these. Sold. Will continue to use.
