    Sarah Haley's review

Previously had a different brand trail shoe but wasn’t really comfy. I wanted a shoe that reminded me of my road shoes, so I did the research for a plush (ish) feeling trail running shoe, and this was the best option. Can say these feel light and felt great in my 12 mile trail run. I did size up .5 size.

Comfortable tacky and surprisingly nimble given the cushion. I have been running in this version more than any other shoe this year.

Spencer Imbach, Trail Runner & Snowboarder

Salomon fit is always so true and reliable. These are a more cushioned shoe I use in daily training, long runs, and would even lace up for a shorter trail race. Typically, though, it's my go-to for reliable comfort on 3-6 hour training runs at easy to moderate effort. The price point is pretty hard to beat and imo these are a better buy than it's upgraded SLab version.

Wore these trail shoes for 30 miles pacing and my feet couldn’t have been happier. I was skeptical about the lacing system at first, but it stays put and actually makes it really hard to overtighten. I packed light on a recent trip and ended up using these for everything… road, trail, and just daily wear. Super versatile. Grippy, but not overly aggressive.
