Slightly less back storage capacity than the 12, but perfect for those mid mile runs/hikes. I'm 5'2" and XS fits great!

This is a great vest! I’ve used it for three years now and it is wearing well. It fits comfortably and is easy to adjust. I can easily carry anything I need in it, and bear spray fits perfectly in the front water flask pockets, something that is very important since I live in grizzly bear country.

this vest punches above its weight class in terms of capacity while still managing to not be super annoying or make me overheat

I've been using this vest since I started running ultras. The same one. Super well made. Can hold extra layers in the back pocket.

My Salomon pack was a key piece of equipment for long training runs and on race day. It snugly holds 3-5 soft flasks and hours of nutrition. During the race, I only used the front two flasks and quickly exchanged out the entire vest for a fresh one at each aid station.
