    Who it's for
Runners using it for long runs, tempo sessions, and intervals who want a plated trainer with some speed capability. Heel strikers may find it particularly well-suited due to the rapid roll rocker geometry.
    What people are saying
Hosts consistently praise it as a versatile training shoe that handles longer efforts and tempo work well, with one host crediting it as their PR marathon shoe at Boston. One caveat: slower paces or insufficient knee strength can cause knee discomfort, with one host recommending targeted knee conditioning before regular use.
    Worth noting
The nylon plate is positioned by the brand as a training tool, but at least one host uses it successfully for racing. Knee stress at slower paces is a flagged risk worth noting for lower-mileage or less-conditioned runners.

Most will say Nylon plates are for training not racing but I disagree. As an avid heel striker these are my all time fav. The rapid roll rocker makes the heel to toe transistions super snappy and fast. My PR marathon shoes - at BOSTON!

Super Trainer for Long Runs, Tempo, and Intervals. You need to do knee training (stair masters) to use this shoe or else your knees will hurt, especially at slower paces.
