    Who it's for
Runners doing long efforts or ultras who need hands-free hydration and nutrition storage without bounce or a full vest. Particularly suits those with sensitive skin or who want adjustable fit on the fly.
    What people are saying
Hosts consistently praise the BOA dial-fit system for eliminating bounce and allowing mid-run adjustments without stopping, even as flasks empty and weight shifts. Storage capacity (two flasks, phone, gels, extras) and skin comfort are frequently highlighted; no notable criticism appears across the notes.
    Worth noting
Sizing runs true but hosts suggest sizing down if on the edge, as the belt stretches. The included 575–600 mL flask locks in place; a longer zipper pull and shirt-tuck grippies on the back are called out as practical details.

Best belt on the market, in my opinion. Going to pair it with a Tantrums vest for my 46k. This thing is super sick, and I highly recommend this belt to anybody.

First dial-fit running belt I’ve used, and it legit holds two flasks without feeling like you’re wearing a floaty around your waist. The included flask fits perfectly and actually locks in place. Big fan of the longer zipper pull on the back pocket too, easy to grab from behind while moving. Also has little grippies so you can tuck a shirt through the back. Haven’t tested poles with it yet, but overall really impressed by how it manages to feel both stretchy and secure at the same time.

I have three belts I am deciding between to race in - this one sits the best and doesn't bounce at all!

I used this belt for 50+ miles in my first 100-mile ultramarathon. I was able to hold 2 600mL soft flasks, 4 gels, my phone, and a rice crispy treat. This belt is super comfortable on the skin which is a huge plus for me because I have sensitive skin. The belt is true to size, and I recommend sizing down if you're right on the edge as it will stretch a little bit. This is my go-to for all of my runs now.

Finally a favorite belt after making due with the Naked belt for a couple years. The dial-fit system is revolutionary. Truly no bounce, even as I lighten my load throughout a run by drinking my bottles to empty. Just a few twists on the BOA without even having to stop running!
