    Who it's for
Runners who need on-the-go hydration for hot weather, longer runs, or races with frequent aid stations, especially those skipping a vest in favor of a handheld or belt setup. Multiple hosts own several and use one to two per day in training.
    What people are saying
Praise is consistent: comfortable in hand, easy to refill via the SpeedFill flip cap at aid stations, and collapses flat for storage when empty. One host flags that the SpeedFill cap can come undone when the flask is stowed in a pack.
    Worth noting
Compatible with a filter cap, making it usable for backcountry water sourcing. The leaking-cap caveat is the only functional concern raised across all notes.

    Klaire Rhodes's review

I own maybe 6 of these! The best handheld bottle for short runs or races where I opt for a belt over a vest.

The handheld option makes this super versatile...you to drink while running without having to retrieve your bottle from your pack! With good planning and a filter, I am usually fine with 1 L total water capacity on most of my trips (two 500 ml soft flasks). One thing to be mindful of if you are storing this in your pack is that the Speedfill cap can come undone!

The SpeedFill cap is a game-changer. No fumbling with twist caps when you’re rushed and wrecked mid-ultra. The handheld strap is simple and dialed. Easy to carry when full, easy to stash when empty.

Only handheld bottle worth using, flip top works great at aid stations, is light enough to stash and forget when empty. The gold standard for bottles.
